Samantha Obligacion

Samantha supports the day-to-day operations behind CoastEdge’s Chief Investment Officer, providing the organization and coordination that allows leadership to stay focused on the firm, its investment work, and its clients.

In her EA role, Samantha manages scheduling, travel, expenses, and client meetings while working cross-functionally with the Investment and Client Services teams. She also serves as a primary point of contact for office communications and has been a commissioned California Notary Public since May 2026.

Before CoastEdge, Samantha worked in administrative, marketing, and coordination roles at several medical device startups, supporting C-suite executives. She was drawn to CoastEdge by the opportunity to bring that experience into a new industry and continue expanding her skill set alongside experienced leaders.

Samantha earned her BA in Communication & Media Studies from the University of California, San Diego.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time at the beach with family and cheering on her favorite Bay Area team, the Golden State Warriors.
