Alexa leads the CoastEdge Client Service team and helps shape the experience clients have with the firm every day. She is focused on delivering the highest level of service while creating a thoughtful, responsive experience that makes navigating complex wealth matters feel seamless.

As Director of Client Service, Alexa manages the client service team and oversees the day-to-day experience for CoastEdge clients. She works closely with clients and internal teams to anticipate needs, solve problems, and ensure that complex requests and projects are handled with care and attention to detail. She also helps shape and evolve the firm’s approach to client service as CoastEdge grows.

Alexa joined CoastEdge in 2021, drawn to the opportunity to learn and grow alongside a firm whose principles aligned with her own. She was particularly attracted to CoastEdge’s commitment to providing an exceptional level of service and its focus on building meaningful, long-term relationships with clients.

Before joining CoastEdge, Alexa was a Client Service Associate at Dunham & Associates, where she supported advisors in serving their end clients, with a focus on onboarding, account opening, and money movements. Previously, she worked as a Paraplanner at Pharaoh Financial, helping develop financial plans and comprehensive retirement strategies for clients. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies from the University of California, Berkeley and has nine years of experience in wealth management.

Outside the office, Alexa is an avid reader, loves to travel, and can often be found playing volleyball. She is always looking forward to her next trip - and her next book.
